Voxelle Terms of Service

Terms for using the Voxelle AI voice studio, including billing, refunds, acceptable use, and content standards.

1. Service and contact

These terms apply to Voxelle at https://aivoicewage.com, provided by this website's operator. Support and account enquiries: support@aivoicewage.com. Read our Privacy Policy for data handling.

AI model disclosure. Text-to-speech generation on Voxelle is powered by the Fish Audio voice platform, using its Fish Speech / OpenAudio text-to-speech models. The voices listed in the studio are provided by Fish Audio; Voxelle does not train its own voice models.

2. Service status

Voxelle is a live service. Demonstration audio in the studio is a fixed sample, not a completed generation of the text you enter, and browser read-aloud is not a sample of the selected AI voice. We may add, change, or retire features, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular audio quality.

3. Your content and permitted use

You must have the rights needed to use the text you submit.

Commercial use of generated audio. The free tier is for personal, non-commercial evaluation. Paid plans include a commercial licence for the audio you generate: you may use generated MP3 files in commercial projects such as videos, podcasts, advertisements, and client work.

Voice identity rights. A commercial licence covers the generated audio only. It does not transfer ownership of any voice, voice model, or a person's identity or likeness, and you may not resell, redistribute, or offer the voices themselves to others.

4. Accounts

Accounts use Google sign-in. We do not ask you to give us your Google password. Protect your Google account and contact us if you suspect misuse of your Voxelle account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AIGC content standards)

Because Voxelle generates audio content from text, you must not use the service to generate, request, or distribute any of the following six categories of prohibited content:

  • Pornography / NSFW content.
  • Violence / gore.
  • Hate speech.
  • Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — any sexual or unsafe content involving minors is absolutely prohibited, will be actioned immediately, and may be reported to authorities.
  • Deepfakes / impersonation of real people — including non-consensual imitation of a real person's voice or identity.
  • Content infringing copyright or trademarks.

You also must not generate misinformation, impersonate real individuals, brands, or organizations, infringe intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights, pass AI-generated audio off as a real human recording to deceive others, bulk-generate spam, or attempt to bypass our safety measures (jailbreak prompts).

5.1 Content moderation

We operate a multi-layer moderation system. User text inputs are checked before generation, and generated content is subject to automated review plus periodic human audits. We keep moderation logs of automated decisions and human reviews.

5.2 Reporting

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy — especially anything involving child safety or non-consensual impersonation — report it to support@aivoicewage.com. Reporter identity is kept confidential; all reports receive independent review; malicious or false reports are recorded.

5.3 Enforcement and response times

Violations are handled by severity. Critical violations (child safety, terrorism) are blocked immediately and may lead to an instant permanent ban and a report to authorities. Other confirmed violations result in a warning, content removal, quota restriction, suspension, or a permanent ban depending on severity and recurrence. We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and resolve them within 3 business days for standard cases. If a subscription is terminated for a violation, associated fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Appeals

You may appeal an enforcement decision by emailing support@aivoicewage.com. Appeals are reviewed by someone independent of the original decision, typically within 10 business days.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid plans are offered through our payment processor (Merchant of Record). By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from Account Settings, or by emailing support@aivoicewage.com from your registered address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

6.2 Refund policy

Because access is granted immediately and the service is digital, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except:

  • New subscriber 7-day guarantee: first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided usage has not exceeded a reasonable share of the plan quota.
  • Duplicate charge or billing error: a full refund for any confirmed billing error.
  • Verified service outage: a pro-rated credit or refund for extended outages within our control.
  • Statutory rights: where applicable law grants withdrawal or refund rights (for example a 14-day withdrawal right in the EU/UK), those rights are preserved.

To request a refund, contact support@aivoicewage.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Fees for billing periods already used, annual fees requested after 30 days, and accounts terminated for violating these terms are non-refundable.

6.3 Billing disputes

If you believe there is an error in a charge, please contact us at support@aivoicewage.com before disputing with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

7. Access and leaving the service

Necessary security maintenance or misuse may result in restricted access. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through security settings or our contact address, subject to the data-handling details in the Privacy Policy. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid period.

8. Changes and mandatory rights

We will update this page as the service changes. These terms do not limit mandatory user rights under applicable law. They do not assert an unconfirmed legal entity, jurisdiction, or liability amount.
