Scope and contact

Voxelle is the preview voice studio at https://aivoicewage.com, provided by this website's operator. For support, privacy questions, or account deletion requests, email support@aivoicewage.com.

Google sign-in provides basic account identifiers, your name, email address, profile picture, and authentication records needed to create an account and maintain a session. We use this information for authentication and account support. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or contacts, and we do not receive your Google password. We do not sell Google account data or use it for advertising.

Cloudflare hosts the application and account infrastructure. Account and authentication records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Session cookies support sign-in. Sessions are configured for seven days and may be refreshed during use. Session validity is checked against the account database rather than trusting a cached browser session.

Drafts and voice generation

Your draft and selected voice settings are temporarily stored in the current browser tab's sessionStorage to restore them after refresh or sign-in. Google sign-in itself does not upload the draft.

Clicking cloud generation sends text and generation parameters to our server and the voice provider actually enabled for that operation. Cloud generation is provided by Fish Audio: we send your text and selected voice identifier to generate audio, not Google account details. Voice previews load public samples from Fish Audio's CDN, which may receive your request IP. The provider handles data under its privacy policy. Text is submitted only when you click generate; returned audio is played and downloaded in your browser. This site does not persist generated audio or submitted text. Budget records contain only account identifiers, timestamps, character/byte counts and processing state, retained for approximately thirty-five days with cleanup triggered by later requests. Account deletion anonymizes global budget records. Fixed demonstration audio remains explicitly labeled and is not generated from your input.

Operational data and service providers

Serving requests may involve IP addresses, browser information, and operational logs for delivery, troubleshooting, and security. Google and Cloudflare process information under their own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Infrastructure and future providers may process data across regions. We do not claim a particular compliance certification or a fixed data-processing location.

Human verification

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies check-in and generation requests to reduce automated abuse. Verification involves browser and network signals processed by Cloudflare under its privacy policy. Verification tokens are sent to our backend for validation and are single-use.

Daily check-in and abuse prevention

Free generation requires daily check-in; allowances expire at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. New accounts receive 500 characters daily for their first 72 hours, then 3,000. A random HttpOnly device cookie lasting up to 30 days associates one browser with one claiming account per day. Shared browsers may be affected; this is not a hardware identifier or browser fingerprint. Clearing cookies can change the identifier.

We keep keyed hashes of device identifiers and request IPs, request-content hashes, timestamps and usage counts to enforce claims, rate limits, duplicate-request blocking and shared cost budgets. We do not store the text itself in these records. Records are cleaned after approximately 35 days by later requests. Security controls may limit requests even if your personal allowance remains.

Retention and deletion

Account records are retained while your account exists. You can request account deletion through the security settings or by emailing the contact above. Necessary security or legal records and infrastructure backups may remain subject to their applicable handling requirements. We do not promise a fixed processing deadline or immediate deletion from every backup. Signing out ends your active sign-in but is not an account deletion request.
